Naveeda Bhatti
Director of Beauty
Naveeda is a professional hair and make-up artist and fully qualified beauty therapist with over 25 years experience and is one of the most sought after artist for brides on their wedding day. She has experience of managing P&Ls, property contracts, product development, procurement, asset management, revenue growth and marketing. She is internationally recognised for her work with celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Jay Sean and Wretch 32, and she is the beauty guru on BBC Asian Network. Naveeda is passionate about advanced beauty treatments and staff training and has continued to be a great asset supporting our salons.
Justine Donnelly
Director of Hair and QA
Justine spent 20 years with the highly respected and industry changing 365 Day Hairdressing Group being trained by leading educators. She has accolades including being a Wella Train trainer, 365 Core Program, AI assessor and IQA, 10 years Master and UK educator for Moroccanoil and has worked at London and New York Fashion Week, Eurovision (3 years) and as UK educator for Alfaparf Milano. With all this knowledge and training gained over the last 30 years within the hairdressing industry, Justine’s role within the group is to oversee the quality of hairdressing standards, putting training into place to get the best out of all individuals within each salon unit. Setting professional targets whilst keeping the groups salon image and standards to the highest level.

Gillian Wilmot CBE
Chairman
Gillian’s executive career encompasses 30 years at leading companies and Brands including Marks & Spencer, Boots, Avon Cosmetics, Littlewoods and Royal Mail. She has managed revenue over £4.5bn in revenues at start-ups to blue-chip companies. Her early career as a Marketing Director included launching the award winning and highly profitable Next Directory in the late 80’s and transforming the brand and profitability of Avon Cosmetics in the ’90’s. She was awarded a CBE in the 2023 New Year’s Honours list for Services to Business, to Entrepreneurship and to the Prevention of Problem Gambling.

Ian is a highly experienced CFO specialising in the SME market with a track record in company management, accounting and auditing covering a wide range of industries in the UK and overseas. He is experienced in contract negotiations, M&A activity, B2B and B2C businesses and contracts with national government, raising of finance, strategic and operational management and development of teams.
Dr David Roberts
Chief Legal Officer
David is a former Managing Partner of a respected provincial law firm and then Group Legal Counsel at a £1bn+ healthcare company. David has wide commercial experience from start up to Plc’s. David also has experience of acquisitions and disposals from both sides of the negotiating table, as well as considerable experience of investor and shareholder agreements.

Hugh is a highly experienced commercial leader with over 25 years in the consumer goods, health and beauty industries. He has extensive international experience in Beauty care, including P&L accountability for a business unit with sales of over $1.5bn across Europe. He is a brand builder who has an impeccable track record of delivering profitable growth through creative and incisive commercial strategy interventions, which he takes pride on executing with excellence.
